What is a hosted VoIP phone system?

A hosted VoIP phone system runs as software in our secure Anchorage data center instead of as a box in your office. Your phones, laptops and cell phones connect to it over the Internet, so there's no equipment closet to maintain and nothing to upgrade.

How much does IBeXc cost?

Hosting starts at $27.95 per user per month. Every office is different, so send us a recent phone bill and your quote will show exactly what's included.

Do I have to buy a phone system?

No. We host the phone system for you. You only need phones, which you buy once rather than lease, or you can use the Bria Enterprise app on computers and cell phones.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. There are no long-term contracts, so you can add or remove users and offices as your business changes.

Can I keep my business phone number?

In most cases, yes. We check your numbers as part of your quote and let you know if anything needs extra steps.

What happens if my office loses power or Internet?

The phone system itself keeps running in our data center. We still answer your calls and route them to voicemail or wherever you choose, such as staff cell phones with the Bria Enterprise app.

Can my staff answer office calls on their cell phones?

Yes. With the Bria Enterprise app, your office extension rings on your cell phone and desk phone at the same time, and calls you make from the app show your office caller ID.

Where does IBeXc work?

We're based in Anchorage and serve businesses from Girdwood to Eagle River. Other Alaska communities such as Fairbanks and Juneau, and locations across the US, are available after we verify that your phone numbers can move. Offices in different towns or states can share one system.
