Which phones do you support?
We use Snom: color D7 and D8 desk phones, the M500 cordless system, conference phones, DECT headsets and the PA1+ paging amplifier. We set them up and support them for you.
Can I buy phones from your website?
Phones come as part of your IBeXc hosted phone system. Get a quote and we'll recommend the right phones for each person.
Are the phones locked to IBeXc?
No. They're standard SIP phones that work with most VoIP providers. You buy them once and they're yours.
Do I need desk phones at all?
Not always. The Bria Enterprise app puts your office extension on computers, tablets and cell phones, on up to three devices per person.
Can I move my phone to another desk or office?
Yes, any time, with no site visit. Make sure the new spot has power for the phone (PoE on the network jack, or bring the power adapter), then check that it shows your name or extension.
